Hayes founded Paramount Equity with a passion to build great businesses with selfless people committed to going the extra mile to save their neighbors money. It was out of this vision that Hayes formed Paramount Energy Solutions. Paramount Energy Solutions is committed to helping make the switch to solar simple for our customers, by creating a process that is both quick and easy. Hayes’ infectious enthusiasm for innovation has enabled the company to continue to expand and thrive.




Matt Dawson - Vice President of Paramount Energy Solutions
As one of the owners and founders of the Paramount Equity, Matt has been responsible for launching many of the company’s critical strategic initiatives. His gift for evaluating business opportunities and developing plans for capitalizing on them has allowed the company to thrive and grow. Matt’s passion for the environment and talent for business has put him at the head of the energy division at Paramount Energy Solutions.




Michele Magee - Executive Vice President of Operations
Michele joined the Paramount Equity team in 2005. She has played a key role in the progress of Paramount Equity and development of new strategies and divisions. Most recently, Michele was involved in the launch of the Paramount Energy Solutions. Michele and her team have established Paramount Equity and its divisions, as successful advertisers in all media including radio, search, content and lead generation strategies. She is responsible for implementing database technologies and building Paramount Equity’s in-house telemarketing department, handles all public relations initiatives, and event management projects.




Bill Johnson - Vice President of Finance
Bill graduated from Northeastern University with a BA in Accounting. He started his career in the real estate development business and has been a VP of Finance for the past 15 years in the mortgage banking arena.
