Paramount Equity offers flexibility with regard to time off. We work very hard but we also appreciate the importance of time taking time off to play.

Volunteer Time Off

Paramount Equity Mortgage recognizes it is our responsibility as a good corporate citizen to help enrich our surrounding communities of residence and work. We encourage our employees to become involved in their communities, lending their voluntary support to programs that positively impact the quality of life within these communities. The Volunteer Time Off Policy allows employees to take up to 5 hours of time each calendar quarter to participate in their chosen volunteer program. Unused hours may accumulate from one quarter to the next but may not be carried over into the new year.
