OVERVIEW:

Paramount Equity is looking for highly energetic licensed insurance sales professionals (producers) with previous sales success to write personal lines of Property and Casualty (P&C), Life and Health insurance. You will work with past and current Paramount Equity Mortgage and Paramount Energy Solutions customers to determine their individual needs and place them in the best policies available from over a dozen, highly-rated insurance providers. Given the abundance of opportunity within our agency, you will:

  • Originate at least 15 insurance policies per week
  • Have access to and contact with dozens of good qualified insurance candidates already doing business with Paramount Equity in another fashion
  • Be able to sell additional life and automobile policies to existing agency customers

  • Ability to sell personal insurance lines through a variety of industry-reputable carriers Allied, The Hartford, McGraw, Progressive, Safeco, Travelers, etc.)
  • In-house, customer service department to assist with any and all back-office functions (processing customer payments, deductibles, verification of coverage, etc.)
  • Experienced Agency management supportive of a productive environment

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of proven sales experience
    • Property and Casualty Insurance sales experience
  • Possession of an active Property and Casualty Insurance License with the CA DOI
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications
  • Self-motivated and extremely goal-oriented
  • Strong analytical and mathematical abilities
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Professional demeanor and attire
